    Ideo is basic and not bad but would have been better to then describe, how to do it right or how you do it. Use examples.

    Very good advice. People are already shopping so they don't need to be told TO buy something, they need to be told a story about WHY they need to buy something in particular. Good sales is always rooted in problem solving.
